Creating a Brilliant Power BI Tooltip Showing Trend, First Last Values and Dynamic Title!

Pop-up Tooltips in Power BI are really useful. They allow readers to quickly receive extra information related to the values they are interested in. The main advantage is that they don't take up real estate onscreen because the tooltips are only displayed when you hover across a particular values.

This video uses Power BI tooltips to display a line graph. The interesting thing about the line graph is that it has a highlights the first and last values but also has a dynamic title that update to show the change in backlog between the first and last dates displayed on the line chart.
